Ipsita serves as Director of Foundations and Special Projects at CT Public. In this role she is responsible for building strategy and planning for foundation support, with an emphasis on long-term projects such as the New England News Collaborative. She completed her master's degree in nonprofit management and philanthropy in 2017, attaining current best-practice knowledge alongside a 22-year career in the nonprofit sector, largely in education. She specializes in data-driven outcomes and grant planning to support the many ways CT Public serves the community.

Jan has 27 years of experience in a variety of development roles in both public and private higher education including Georgia State University in Atlanta, Yale and Northeastern. During her most recent 12-year tenure at Quinnipiac University, her primary focus centered on communications, health sciences and medicine, diversity and inclusion and the arts and sciences. In her role as grant writer, Jan seeks to build strong mutually beneficial relationships between funders and CT Public.

She has over 30 years of experience working with nonprofit organizations overseeing fund development, strategic planning, community outreach and board governance to advance the missions and improve service delivery and partnerships with stakeholders. Deidre is both a ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø leadership donor and sustaining member who loves to work with donors in shared effort to support the organization.
